Text decor for names, bios and headings

A text decoration frames your words with symbols: ꧁ royal brackets ꧂, ✿ flowers ✿, ★彡 a shooting star 彡★ or a little bear ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ peeking in. It works for a gamer name, the first line of a bio, a heading in a group chat or the title of a playlist. Decorations around each word or between the letters suit a single word, like a name.

Pairing a font with a decoration

The font menu changes the letters before the decoration is added, so you can put cursive inside hearts or bubble letters inside brackets without copying twice. Simple fonts suit busy borders, and plain borders suit fancy fonts. Two ornate styles together are hard to read.

Symbols that may not show up

Most decorations use symbols that every phone has. A few, such as the wings 𓆩 𓆪 from Egyptian hieroglyphs or ꒰ ꒱ from the Yi script, can appear as boxes on older Android phones and some Windows PCs. If a decoration looks broken after you paste it, try another one.

FAQ

What is a text decorator?

A tool that adds symbols, borders and emoji around your text so you can paste decorated text into places without formatting, like bios and chats.

Can I decorate text in a fancy font?

Yes. Choose a font from the menu next to the text box and every decoration uses it.

How do I put symbols between letters?

Use the between letters group. It puts a heart, star, flower or dot between every letter, like h♡e♡l♡l♡o.

Do decorated texts work in Instagram and Discord names?

In display names, bios and messages, yes. Usernames only allow plain characters, and some apps limit how long a name can be, which a long border can go over.
